To extend the availability of your equipment, HP's Post Warranty Service now gives you up to 180 days after the expiration of your warranty or Care Pack to purchase an additional year of coverage. Post Warranty Support Availability
HP Commercial printers are eligible for Post Warranty Support Services for up to 180 days after the warranty or Care Pack expires. This allows you to purchase an additional year of coverage, ensuring your printer remains operational and productive.
Eligibility for Post Warranty Care Pack
To qualify for the Post Warranty Care Pack, your HP printer must be in good working order, and the Care Pack description should include 'Post Warranty' or 'PW'. This offer is not applicable to A3 MFP Devices.
Timing for Purchasing Support Services
If you purchase the support services within 90 days before your current warranty expires, the coverage will start the day after your warranty ends. If you buy it up to 180 days after the warranty expiration, the coverage will begin on the purchase date.
